Refund Policy

If for some unforeseen reason, your product appears damaged in any manner, please contact
Jadoo Magic customer service at
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you
received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do include all relevant details of
your order along with the photograph of the damaged product and your contact details in your
communication to us and we will get back to you within 7 days of receiving the request.
In any case you feel the product received is not as shown on the site , you can bring it to our
notice by sending us an email on within 24 hours of receiving the
product, we will take an appropriate decision after reviewing the comments and get back to
you within 7 days of receiving such communication .


The following items are exempt from being returned.
- Perishable items
- Food and Beverage items
- Flowers
- Intimate Products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send
your purchase back to the manufacturer. The returns to be despatched to us only after
completing the procedure outlined above.
No item will be eligible for return, in case the request is raised after 7 days of delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that
we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection
of your refund.
If the refund is approved the same will be processed, and a credit will be credited to your
bank account, within 14 working days. All refund payments will only be made to the
account of the person who has made the payment for the order and not to any third party.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund with the timelines mentioned above, please contact us at
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, items bought in a sale / discount/promotions
will not be eligible for refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you are interested replace it for
the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of a refund, the cost of return shipping (in case
not paid by you) will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach
you, may vary.
